He's not copying you, per se...he's directly leaching your whole damned website. Even the comments from here are replicated on his clone, which would take colossal effort to just copy.
That is amazing...I don't normally have a whole lot to say, but I'd never leech somebody else's material. Without attribution, at least.

It's called Sblog (Spam Bloggin), and it's really in Google's hands to solve this. These spammers use automated software to copy your entire blog, so I think if once in a while you advertise that they are a fraud, then at least visitors will know.
