Quick Alert: Exchanges Strong; CVLT

All of the listed exchanges are being accumulated today.

Keep them on your radar: ISE, ICE, CME, NYX, NDAQ and soon to be merged BOT.

Also, I like the action in new publicly traded tech stock CVLT.

All of the analysts are praising the company today and will probably jerk the stock over $20.

you have any advice on NTRI? Stellar earns, analysts loved it, stock's dumped ever since. I've heard Acomplia theory (BS), I've heard shorts are desperately pushing it down, I've watched it trade lower all morning with bids exceeding the ask the entire time... not much fun, really... patience, grasshopper? or give up on it?

No read on NTRI.

However, I am concerned about the market. Perhaps, we are in for a rough couple of days.

I am looking for shorts.

I have two classes of shorts working at the moment: tech companies with lousy prospects (PHTN,ELON,RNOW,NEXT,MRCY) and homebuilders (which are all gonna die ... ;) My longs are shrinking even as we speak. How about a few expensive retail or restaurants short for a bout of nervousness/correction? ANF on runup/downgrade?

I would not short ANF before earnings on the 14th. I don't know if i would even short right here. it might be a good play but not for me.

I probably will take that advice. ANF's stores are too bust to bet against.
