Disliked action in tech or AAPL aside, you have to love the new John Hodgson AAPL commercial (staring the third-person FLY as Vista security) – best yet. Sure beats the fuck out of bad Gates/John Stewart interviews or dismembered hatfucking hands. I say let the shareholders vote Steve another round of back-dated options, and take at least one of the leashes off the dog.

1. What took the SEC so long to investigate the Brokerages re: trading info with their favorite clients?

you know it's a crappy day when the only thing working is a flaming disaster like NTRI (which one should buy right now, btw).
Any thoughts on BRCM before earns Thurs? Expectations have been coming down and I think the stock is expecting a miss. I'm long and thinking about bailing in advance with all the other rats.

Take a look at DO Diamond Offshore. Paying a special div. on the 14th and reports earnings thursday.
If CSCO does not report well at the bell do the Q's get blow the fuck up? Broker is the pre buzzer tape in IVAC telling us anything? The wind is blowing the piss into my face on MVIS. Anyone know when the earnings will be on it, not that it should matter.

Shorts could have ran away with the mkt today with overbought condition for the mkt, SMH being down and oil companies in red despite oil being up. However, in the end, the shorts lost their balls. Bulls are still in control and dip buyers are waiting for evey dip.
