Apparently, the HANS short knows what he is doing. My analyst begs to differ.

It's not easy. I saw that he went long NEM yesterday and I wanted to short it this morning. Contradictory moves don't look goog to the paying members. They might decide to send their $$ somewhere else.

I think you need to join a union like the teamsters or the meat cutters local or the rubberworkers. That way you can present a case to the National Labor Relations Board.
