ERS - interesting, does anything make you think it isn't Feb 1 all over again? Are they a serious candidate for integration with a producer, like RS?

To be honest, it was just on a list that I look at, and saw that bitch up over 8%. I don't think they are a serious candidate for anything, especially with the debt they like carrying.
