Any idea why CORS is dropping? I was looking at it partly because of the nice dividend (5.5%) which is only getting better as the share price is dropping. Is there something I'm missing?
it's linked to wci, an absolute garbage stock. cors will see $10 before it's over. big box condo mortgages in fl are a minefield of defaults just waiting to happen. the overextended flippers will have to grab their collective ankles & give it up to the bk lawyers.
It used to be you could gauge the economy by calling your local Domino's and see how people are paying. If people are buying with nickels and quarters and crumpled dollar bills it means tougher times.
Now the fuckers just throw the shit on plastic. I'm going to buy the russell and s&p and enjoy the ride.
