Quick Alert: It's a Fucking Massacre
While it's true, "The Fly" enjoys ripping the spines out of short sellers, while drinking florescent green soda-- from his diamond encrusted chalice. This whole bull-bear relationship is getting somewhat boring.
I mean, the bears shitters are weak and old, while the buyers are young, caffeinated and vibrant. No contest.
Today, with my money, I will add to my MVIS, FMCN, RS and MCHX positions. Aside from that, NTRI looks poised to run.
All in all, today should be a triple digit blood bath for the bears.
Good times.
Off to take a nap.
NOTE: Please take the new "Fly Survey." Are you bullish or bearish on the markets?

Don't hold it against him, he has an agenda.
P.S. Where are all the people who yesterday just weren't "feeling it."

what's with the uber bearish sell off in NTRI? Do you think it could be OE Pressure or is it too early for that? I can't figure this one out.
Bearish sell off? It has been sold off slowly on low volume after a large spike because of earnings, it is typically what happens to many equities after quick run ups, its called "weak longs"...
Excuse me, Mr. Fly. May I ask your opinion on a stock I am holding? I would like your advice, please.
My beloved BOOM is showing institutional ownership at over 92%. Have you ever seen accumulation like this before? What, if anything, does this tell you about this issue? Is this a sign of a buyout looming? What, if any, downside risks am I missing?
Thoughts please.
Only 12.5M in the float. 11.1M owned by institutions. 1.8M shares short at last count.
Although I am short in stature, I am not a short seller. Please do not rip my spine out or shoot an internets laser beam at me. I will offer a large bowl of steel cut oatmeal to the stock gods on your behalf if you'd be so kind as to reply. Thank you.

Boomer- my thoughts on high institutional ownership: I do not like it as it means there are probably not a lot of buyers left. Also, when or if the tutes decide to sell, it could be a massacre.
I was speaking more along the lines of the short term movement on this one. It has made several runs up in the last week, and each of them has been taken right back down, usually in the same trading day.
Thanks, woodshedder. The company has an annual meeting coming on June 6, at which a vote will be held to increase approved, but not necessarily available, shares from 15M to 25M. Enough to cover a split. Does that sound better or worse?
Also, I see you bought a Collings. I have a number of great guitars. Fav right now is a early 60s Gretsch 6120 into my vox ac15.

If we don't get our usual 2:15-2:30 snapback today feel free to kiss your portfolio goodbye (unless your hedged or short).
Thanks, Fly. Oatmeal being prepared as you read this. May you get bricks of cash dropped into account.
Some people like to call market tops on a day to day basis - Caddy is more ballzy than that, he likes to call them on 15 minute intervals.
Looks like the longs are getting massacred about now. Qs broke their May 2nd lows. A test of 45.66 may be in order.
