Anyone take my advice on shorting TSO yesterday?

No, wish I did. Stuff is acting weird. Crude is down but oil service stocks don't care and keep moving up. Gold got pumped up but some of the gold stocks were sleeping and really didn't move much-so I shorted GG and PAAS for a daytrade.

I bet Eric "the oil barrel" Bolling is shorting the shit out of TSO, in order to save his puts.

Well I am looking at shorting CHK today. Shit is at its top trading range (it seems to channel) and Natty inventories were building today. We are in the shoulder months. Shit is up a ton over the past week. What do you guys think of a short at these levels. I had been selling my call contracts into this move that I bought a couple months ago and just finished unloading them.

Missed TSO but will consider shorting CHK if you do Gapp.

Josh I think I am going to. Its up 7% in the past 3 days and around 32% YTD.

Looks tempting. Kinda like AMZN ;(

Honestly I've done better shorting recent demonstrated losers: UA, LVS, LIZ, SUNW (got lucky) and, maybe soon, IIG. Largest and happiest short is JASO who I think is a doomed middleman in the PV food chain, waiting to get squeezed.

Still net long, tho, don't call us any funky modern names, Broker. We old guys can't understand 'em anyway.

If they push IIG down closer to the $25 strike before tomorrow's market close, I'm considering rolling the dice with a handful of May 25 calls. These fucking short squeezes have been astounding lately.

How obvious was it Cramer would talk about MNST when Erin teased that viewers that he was about to make a "Monster" stock call or whatever she said. The stock is up $2.50 from her tease. I ignored the gift she was handing us.

Stay away from iiG.

I understand they may blow the doors off the estimate, but there is something out there that can wreck the stock.

You've been warned.

"The Fly" knows all. He's a fucking fly, afterall.

Broker would you buy straddles on IIG?

I'd wait until after earnings, then buy puts.
