stock and bond markets each deciding to interpret the fed the opposite way. what a rorschach test. i'm pretty sure the bond market will win.

The market basically oscillates between the extreme where all the bullshit that can be believed has been believed by all the people who will believe bullshit, at which point they wake up and say- fuck, wait a minute, we're believing bullshit!, and the other extreme where all the things that can scare someone have scared all the people able to be scared, at which point they wake up and say- wait a minute, things aren't so bad.
