EPD news:
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2007--Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that its Petal Gas Storage, LLC (Petal) subsidiary will hold a non-binding open season in order to seek shipper support for up to 5 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of firm natural gas storage capacity at its facility in Petal, Mississippi.
The capacity, which will be created through construction of a new underground salt cavern, is projected to be in-service in the second quarter of 2010.
With access to several major interstate pipeline systems, Petal offers shippers the flexibility to reach key markets in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic through bi-directional interconnects to Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Gulf South Pipeline, and Hattiesburg Gas Storage. It also features bi-directional interconnects to Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line, Southern Natural Gas and Destin Pipeline via the Petal Pipeline.
Enterprise expects that Petal will also provide future interconnects with the Southeast Supply Header and Gulf Crossing pipeline systems.
The open season will begin at 9 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, and concludes Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at 5 p.m. CDT.
Is this need to know, nice to know, or don't give a fuck-type of news?...Crudebroker?

DT, I fancy myself an Internet sleuth. One day I'm hoping my skills will tip me off to buying some very timely calls pertaining to a pe buyout, 'crude broker' style.
I think Fly is still harboring latent thoughts of "$100 Oil", don't you? Maybe the blog will be resurrected (just so he can claim another "time machine" related victory).
Stockhead, these news releases are usually non-events. Just means is trying to expand, naturally.
