Sector Spotlight: Metals

There is nothing masculine about today's trading. We are seeing tepid gains, amongst a variety of sectors. However, for the most part, the market is in a "wait and see mode."

In my opinion, following a big decline, it's important to rally hard, in order to keep the confidence level up. Basically, if the market doesn't rally soon, anticipate to see your long positions "mushroom clouded."

Thus far, I am losing money, thanks in large part to the degenerates at MCHX. Apparently, VCLK forgot how to make money, and is getting hammered for its sins. MCHX is down in sympathy.

NEU reported a kick ass summer quarter, as usual.

Finally, if the market can man up, I'd be a buyer of the basic materials, at these levels-- specifically the metals. Already, we are seeing sign's of life in ACH, BHP, RTP, RTI and RS.

As for ARWR:

I've been waiting on this press release for a long, long time. Although they did not announce who their partner is. I hear it may be Hitachi. It doesn't really matter now, since I am all but out of that cock sucking plague of pick.

NOTE: Tomorrow evening MVIS will report quarterly losses. I expect to hear a kick ass conference call. In short, it makes sense to be long, ahead of the call.

Comments:
I'm telling you fuckers. Something big is about to come down the pipe with NSTK. Last time I was panned and ridiculed for pumping it on a big up day. Well guess what, I'm doing it again now. I am balls long and I expect 22 by year end. It's not too late. Do your due diligence and fuck Krammer and Fleck. This thing is for real in spite of their embracing it. Company is in a quiet period but expect a flurry of partnership and patent announcements soon.

With the MVIS quarterly losses coming tomorrow (which were expected), do you think there will be a drop in price? Trying to decide when to dabble more

I like MVIS, and have had it in the port since it was under $3, but UPS has been a long term hold in my family. Which one of you ace analysts can tell me what the flu with its relative strength over the last week??

I mean, I thought Dow Theory had the transports going down FIRST?

Harry, how'd you find out about NSTK if it wasn't for Fleck & then Cramer by way of Fleck?

I've been in the name about 5 years now. I have a close friend who trades a bio-tech oriented long/short hedge fund and he loves the name and turned me on to it. There have been some crazy ups and downs and a few recent disappointments with the P&G deal, but the company finally is turning the corner and getting noticed. Their PTH and PYY programs making significant advances and they have a RNAi division that if spun off is worth more than the whole company now. This is a gem of a real value play. I think Krammer pirated the idea after Fleck discovered it. (They're out in MVIS country so maybe someone up there turned Fleck on to it).

BTW my bio-tech friend is very very good. He called the DNDN blow-up and I was too chickenshit to act on it. Fuck me.

thanks alot Harry

right ; Cramer got it by talking to Fleck .. Bill said as much
