So Sen. Dodd says that the Fed chairman is not happy with the stock market's response to the discount rate cut per CNBC. I guess this means all bear markets are cancelled since the Fed will always bail it out. I think he need to read what the the Feds job is concerning targeting inflation,money supply, etc. and NOT the stock market. Or am I missing something?

Micro: If I may speak for Stockhead- I believe he was jesting. Although he could be close about the lawsuits. When I was practicing in Miami an attorney there raised a "twinkie" defense for a kid who murdered somebody. The defense was he ate so many twinkies that he got a sugar high and went crazy. The kid was convicted anyway.
