Sunday Weather Report

This just in:

"Fly, it appears Hurricane Dean aka "Deacon of Death" is going to burrito into Mexico, sparing the fucking oil rigs and dumb people who live near the Gulf. However, from the vantage point of this bullshit helicopter, I see another blob forming-- and hope to have news soon.

Basically, your natural gas stocks may fall at the open, thanks to Dean's laziness-- unwilling to jog north. However, looking at this new blob, coupled with the mathematical improbability of the Gulf missing two years of "hurricane fun" in a row (sort of like landing 123 risk less trades in a row), I suggest buying more--if the dip is deep enough.

Then again, what the fuck do I know? I'm just a hack rent-a- weatherman, flying in a 1950's army helicopter."

NOTE: "The Fly" will lecture his fucking weatherman about his belligerent tone.

Comments:
Broker,

Predicting a hurricanes pattern is tricky, that fucker could very well hit the gulf and the plethora of rigs. If not Dean, this is supposed to be an above average hurricane season so wanna of these fuckers has gots to hit the rigs.

*one of these fuckers* ha..i'm also gonna buy some on the dip.

If I owned an oil rig in the GOM, I'd have goats running around on them, mainly for good luck.

Just a thought.

The lesson here is that anything named 'Dean' cannot be taken seriously.

Leeward wave will fuck up Florida something awful.

You heard it here first.

That fucker is going into the GOM.

If one presume that DEAN will not hit Texas or Louisiana that would be a mistake.

All computer model I see so far project a path of DEAN going through the Yucatan Penisula on a straight line. Don't these guy realize that land, versus sea, has an effect on a hurricane's path.

Historic lesson: Hurricane Wilma went straight west to land on Yucatan, then some how got magically deflected and going, not just straight north, but actually north-east, to hit Florida!!!

Dean could well be deflected by Yucatan and make a turn towards north.

Now is there any one interested in a cell phone that lasts 6 months without recharing? The technology is called DMFC. It will go into mass marketing later this year. This will cause an extreme shortage of palladium and platinum, and drive the metal price to sky high, as well as SWC stock price.

JJ, for once I hope you're right on something. I think that hurricane can deflect too, anything can happen, buy the dip for sure.

What do guys think land is like some sort of rubber bumper for hurricanes?

Fucking idiots.

That Dean shit is going on a permanent vacation in Mexico.

No fears, there is another wave developing, on its way to Florida.

jj is assuming that the hurricane modelers decided to ignore all historical data.

That assumption indicates that jj has consistency, at least, going for him, as jj is ignoring historical data on technology adoption in general and fuel cell technology in particular when he tells us that direct methanol fuel cells for cell phones will have mass sales this year and cause shortages of the very metals produced by the mining company he pimps, er pumps.

Hell, MDTL has been promising a commercial DMFC for cell phones within the next 12 months for the past 7 years. MDTL revenue for the last 3 quarters: $0.00

I think it's a graveyard short, but I'm not planning on jumping aboard unless a short squeeze hits and clears out some of the short-term risk.

Yes, jj, I'm aware that you aren't counting on MDTL to bring the DMFC to market. Doesn't matter.

jj, heres a song for you:

Castles Made of Sand.

Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

And so castles made of sand fall in the sea, eventually

A little indian brave who before he was ten,
Played wargames in the woods with his indian friends
And he built up a dream that when he grew up
He would be a fearless warrior indian cheif
Many moons past and more the dream grew strong until
Tomorrow he would sing his first warsong and fight his first battle
But something went wrong, surprise attack killed him in his sleep that night

And so castles made of sand melts into the sea, eventually

There was a young girl, whos heart was a frown
cause she was crippled for life,
And she couldnt speak a sound
And she wished and prayed she could stop living,
So she decided to die
She drew her wheelchair to the edge of the shore
And to her legs she smiled you wont hurt me no more
But then a sight shed never seen made her jump and say
Look a golden winged ship is passing my way

And it really didnt have to stop, it just kept on going...

And so castles made of sand slips into the sea, eventually
