IOC getting whacked again. It's been a while since I looked at it, but I thought the refinery and gas stations were worth about $22/share. At that price you basically get a "free" option on the oil rights on 9 million acres. Guess people are kicking it out because they're sick of constant disappointments.

I remember buying CTDC about a year and a half ago for a daytrade. TWO minutes after I bought it on a Friday trading was halted by the SEC. After a long weekend it opened down 40%. I swore never to buy another ChiCom stock and I haven't and NEVER will.
